When logging into the MyLOFT App, you should choose the institute that you are currently enrolled in or affiliated with.

For example, if you’re studying/teaching in a college, please search for your college/university name or if you belong to an organization, please search your organization name on the institute selection page.

Also, a Welcome Email is sent to you once your MyLOFT account is created, so you can check that too, as the name of the institute is mentioned there.
