Eclat Engineering increases team size by 40% during pandemic

When Covid-19 has brought stagnation in industries all across the globe and workforce are losing their jobs ever since Eclat Engineering has increased its team size by 40% during this pandemic period. 

According to a survey conducted by Azim Premji University, two-third of employees have lost their jobs in India due to COVID-19 lockdown. International Labour Organization, a United Nation agency, now estimates that global working hours in the second quarter of 2020 will be 10.5 per cent lower than their pre-crisis level in the last quarter of 2019 — equivalent to the loss of 305m full-time jobs.

However, Eclat Engineering has increased its team size by 40%. Eclat Engineering has hired team members in Development, Sales & Marketing, Support and HR functions to strengthen its product development, outreach and to streamline its policies and programmes in the past four months.

To ensure that all the new members of the Eclat family are comfortable working remotely and stay connected with its Global team, new HR policies have been introduced to make everyone feel happy. Eclat believes in the value of diversity and has always consciously tried to be as inclusive as possible without compromising on merit. The company looks forward to getting a couple of more talents on board to cater to its ever-growing robust customer base globally.
