I tried to login but it says that my account doesn’t exist. What can I do in this case?

While logging into MyLOFT App, if you see a notification that an account doesn’t exist, it means that your account might not be created yet on MyLOFT App or you must be entering a different email address on the login page. In this case, you may request your library team to create your MyLOFT account or can ask them to share your registered email address.

Please note that we, at MyLOFT, are restricted from adding/modifying/updating user accounts without the prior permission of the concerned authority.
