I am not able to see any of the institute subscribed contents after logging in into my MyLOFT account. What should I do?

Kindly reach out to your library team.

After you log in to MyLOFT App, if you’re unable to see/access subscribed eResources, it might be because your account status is pending (i.e. pending for approval from your library team) or expired (because your institute subscription is over) or blocked (because of occurrence of any suspicious/unwanted activity from your MyLOFT account).

In such case, you may request your library team to update your account.

Please note that we, at MyLOFT, are restricted from adding/modifying/updating user accounts without the prior permission of the concerned authority.
