Mobile:
  • Click on the Institute’s icon at the top left or Profile icon at the bottom bar of the home screen.
  • Click on “Support/Feedback” option from the open screen. A text box will appear. Open FAQs option.
  • Click on the article of your interest and read on to resolve your issue.
WebApp: 
  • Click on the Help icon at the bottom right of the Home Page.
  • A popup menu with help articles with FAQs will appear in a list.
  • Click on the article of your interest and read on to resolve your issue.
