How can I register myself for a British Council Digital Library membership from MyLOFT?

If you’re looking to become a member of the British Council Digital Library through MyLOFT, you’re on the right track. Follow the steps outlined below to register and gain access to the wealth of resources and services offered by the library.

User Registration Steps:
  • Open the MyLOFT App on your Mobileor on Web in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge using the URL: https://app.myloft.xyz.
  • Select the institute from the list: British Council.
  • Click on Sign in to British Council Digital Library.
  • The sign-in page of the British Council Digital Library opens.
  • Select the country you belong to from the dropdown menu.
  • Find the Not a member? Sign up here! option below the Login box and click on it.
  • The form to fill out for the membership appears. Fill in with the relevant details. Click on Submit.
  • Once done, you will receive an email to create your password for your British Council account. Create your password.
  • Return to MyLOFT App/ WebApp and log in with the same credentials.
